Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNEat marketing website, user panel, and subscription services. It explains what data this service processes, why it is processed, and what requests users can make. Third-party payment pages are governed by their own privacy policies. Account records and network activity are separate categories of data under this policy.

Account Details and Order Records

No email address is required to register; an account can be created with a username and password. This service does not require an email address for registration. Contact details, issue descriptions, or attachments that users choose to submit in support tickets are used only to verify requests and provide assistance. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, or complete subscription URLs.

Account identifiers, subscription status, summarized data usage, order numbers, amounts, and payment results are used to provide subscriptions, calculate allowances, reconcile bills, and process refunds. Data usage is recorded as an aggregate amount for billing and does not include details of websites visited. Support records are used to follow up on issues and are not displayed publicly.

Anonymous No-Logs Policy

VPNEat follows an anonymous no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit through the subscription service, store browsing content, destination URLs, or DNS query history, or create profiles that could be used to reconstruct an individual's browsing activity.

This service does not retain per-connection history logs, including records linking source IP addresses to exit routes or detailed connection start and end times. Temporary session state needed to maintain a connection is processed only while the connection is active and released when it ends; it is not stored as browsing history. Account authentication, order records, and summarized usage are still handled under this policy. A no-logs policy does not mean that no account data is needed.

Traffic Statistics and Local Storage

Website traffic statistics help us understand page visits, referral categories, and entry-point clicks so we can improve content and troubleshoot page issues. Statistics are limited to interactions with the website and user panel entry points. They do not extend to other websites users visit through international routes, and browsing content is not sent to analytics systems.

Cookies and browser local storage may be used to maintain login status, save language choices, and remember necessary interface preferences. Users can restrict or clear this data in their browser. Clearing login credentials will sign the current browser out of the account, and some preferences may be reset. Clearing local data does not delete the server-side account; account deletion requires a separate request.

Payment Processing and Data Sharing

This service supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment channel or settlement service, which may handle payment details under its own rules. This service receives order-related identifiers, payment status, and reconciliation results to confirm receipt and provide after-sales support. Users are not asked to submit payment account passwords through support tickets.

This service does not sell personal data. If information must be shared with a payment channel to fulfill an order or resolve a dispute, only the information necessary for that matter is provided. When disclosure is legally required, this service will verify the basis and scope of the request. Browsing history not collected by this service cannot be reconstructed from order records.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account details are retained for as long as needed to provide the service. Order and after-sales records are retained for as long as needed for settlement, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. When the purpose has been fulfilled and there is no further need to retain the data, it will be deleted or de-identified. This policy does not set a single fixed retention period for different data categories without explanation.

Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account details through a user panel support ticket. This service will verify account ownership and explain what can be handled. Deletion may affect login, subscription access, and after-sales verification; transaction records that must be retained will have their use restricted. Please describe the specific request and do not include passwords or authentication tokens.

Policy Updates and Privacy Questions

If processing purposes, data categories, or user rights change, this policy and its last-updated month will be revised on this page. Changes that materially affect user rights will be explained through an appropriate notice on the website or user panel. Where separate consent is legally required, a page update alone will not replace it.

If you have questions about this policy or wish to make a privacy-related request, use the support contact provided on the contact page. Subscription use and refund rules are described separately in the Terms of Service. This policy covers data processing and does not replace order or service terms.
