User Panel Support Tickets

Use tickets for connection issues, client setup, data usage or plan questions, payment checks, and refund requests. After signing in, open the support section, enter a clear subject and description, and add any follow-up details to the same ticket.

After submitting a ticket, return to the Support Center to check its status and replies. Response times depend on the issue and review progress; no fixed response time or instant reply is promised.

About Public Contact Channels

Email and Telegram

No verifiable support email address or Telegram account is currently listed on this page. Please use the user panel to submit a ticket. These channels are not available for support requests or status checks, and no response time can be provided.

If you find contact details claiming to be for support on another page or in a chat, verify them through a panel ticket first. Never send your account password, subscription link, or payment credentials to an unverified contact.

What to Include in Your Ticket

Connection and Subscription Issues

Include your device platform, the error shown in the client, your region and route type when the issue occurred, and whether you were using Wi-Fi or a wired connection. If you tried switching routes or importing the subscription again, include the results.

Screenshots should show the error message only. Hide subscription addresses, tokens, and other sensitive account information. Do not paste your full subscription link.

Orders, Billing, and Refunds

Explain whether your payment status has not updated, you have a question about displayed data usage, or you want to request a refund. For payment checks, include the relevant order reference and, if needed, a screenshot of the payment status. Hide personal information unrelated to the issue.

VPNEat offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. Submit refund requests through a panel ticket and review the Terms of Service for the applicable rules.

Following Up and Finding Answers

Keep messages about the same issue in the original ticket whenever possible. Adding new error messages, test results, or order status makes it easier to review the context than submitting duplicate tickets. If the issue is resolved, you can also note the outcome in the original ticket.

Not sure which plan to choose? Start with pricing and billing details. For information about regions and route types, see the server locations page. These pages explain the service and how to use it; for account-related help, please submit a support ticket.

Focus your ticket on what you were trying to do, what you actually saw, and what you have already tried. Do not share your account password; subscription links should not be sent in screenshots or ticket text.
